What Differences We can Talk Between Tablet PC and Netbook
As the tablet PC and netbook perform similar functions such as checking mails, surfing Internet, editing documents, watching videos with the great feature of portability and lightlessness. However, they do have differences.
Here are the main differences between android tablet and netbook. Firstly and most obviously, netbook has physical keyboard while Tablet with sensitive touch screen. The input devices make tablet a great advantage from netbook. You can use handwriting recognition, and also pull out an on-screen keyboard that one can use for input. Secondly, in general CPU power used in notebook is higher, of course, its performance is better by contrast, Tablet designs to improve performance and ease of use, basic low-voltage and processors would be used. Netbook is to access the Internet, CPU and performance can not be compared with normal computers. What computer you need mainly based on your needs, if used for mapping, games, or high-level processing without handwriting, then notebook is sufficent enough. If you travel frequently and need handwriting to deal with high processing documents and computer programming applications, you can choose Tablet PC. Thirdly, tablet PC is more likely to be damaged than netbook because of its naked touch screen design and mobility. It requires more care while using in a move environment. Lastly, the price is also quite a considering fact. Due to its new functions and design, tablet cost more than netbook.
In all conclusion, netbook is a small to medium sized, lightweight, low-cost, energy-efficient laptop, generally optimized for internet based services such as web browsing and e-mailing. Android Tablet is a slate-shaped mobile computer, equipped with a touchscreen or graphics tablet/screen hybrid technology which allows the user to operate the computer with a stylus or digital pen, or a fingertip, instead of a keyboard or mouse. They are not in big conflict because they aims to different users as long as their needs vary.
